Sometimes we need to keep re-visiting foundations to check in with how central stability is supporting us with peripheral mobility. Don’t skip over the “simple movements“ - it’s usually those movements that provide the building blocks for pain free activities of daily living, as well as the strength and endurance required in sports performance.
