CEO & Founder

Gina Perrault, owner of Restorative Whole Health.

gina perrault

PHYSIOTHERAPIST, BSC. PT, BSC. KINESIOLOGY

Gina’s path to creating Restorative was built on a simple but powerful idea: slow down, take time, and meet people where they’re at. After more than a decade working in fast-paced sports clinics, she felt the pull to do things differently. What followed was the vision and the daily practice of Restorative: a place where collaborative care, whole-person health, and mind-body connection come first.

With degrees in Kinesiology and Physiotherapy, Gina brings 20+ years of experience to her work with athletes, patients recovering from postural and repetitive strain injuries, and individuals looking to take charge of their long-term health. Her approach blends preventative education, manual therapy, and nervous system awareness, rooted in the belief that movement is one of the most powerful medicines we have.

Like anything else, I believed physiotherapy should evolve. This looked like creating a multi-disciplinary business that was built on service, knowledge, innovation, and a team of practitioners who were living and working their passion - something we call the ‘Restorative Lifestyle.’ Moving daily, good nutrition, and taking care of yourself so you can live your legacy—physically, mentally and emotionally. This means building the best foundation for overall health and fulfillment by mastering the basics, and in turn reducing the burden on our public health care system.”

Outside the clinic, Gina coaches and mentors fellow health and business professionals, consults on integrated care models, and leads workshops on movement, mobility, and mindset. Her work is grounded in discipline, a love of learning, and a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal, especially when we’re given the tools, time, and support to do it.

Sophia brings both athletic experience and clinical insight to her work as a physiotherapist. A former varsity volleyball player at UBC Okanagan, she earned Academic All-Canadian honours for five consecutive years while completing her Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a minor in Psychology. She later completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta and quickly found her way back to the court, this time as a coach with the Junior Dinos Volleyball Club.

With a strong foundation in orthopaedics and sport-related injuries, Sophia draws on her own experience recovering from high-level tennis and volleyball injuries to guide her approach to rehab. She combines manual therapy with functional exercise, tailoring treatment to each individual’s goals, whether that’s a return to sport or simply moving through daily life with less pain.

Sophia also has a growing interest in women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy, and is actively expanding her training in this area. She’s passionate about working collaboratively with clients to create meaningful, personalized care.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her playing indoor and beach volleyball, weightlifting, cross-country skiing, or exploring the city’s best food and coffee spots.

Connor’s path to physiotherapy began on the other side of the table: as a patient. After years dedicated to climbing and skiing, a serious accident in New Zealand set him on a long road of rehabilitation. That journey showed him how powerful physiotherapy can be in helping people trust their bodies again. Once back to doing the things he loved, Connor was inspired to make it his life’s work. He returned to the Calgary area, worked at the Restorative front desk while completing his prerequisites, and now comes full circle as part of the care team.

In his sessions, Connor blends education, hands-on treatment, and functional exercise, always taking the time to understand the person beyond the injury. He knows recovery is never just physical, and listening to his patients’ stories helps him address the emotional side of healing too. Each treatment plan is tailored to fit daily life, making movement a sustainable practice. With special interests in hand therapy, knee surgery rehab, and pain science, Connor brings both expertise and empathy, along with a deep love for the mountains, whether he’s climbing, skiing, or simply enjoying a great workout.

Lauren’s path to physiotherapy was shaped by three things she’s always loved: sports, science, and working with kids. With a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education in Physical Literacy from Mount Royal University and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta, she brings a well-rounded and active lens to her work, especially with younger patients.

With a background in hockey, soccer, track and field, and volleyball, Lauren understands the impact of injury from both a personal and professional perspective. She blends hands-on treatment with movement-based rehab, empowering each patient to take an active role in their recovery. Her focus is always on education, confidence, and helping people feel more connected to their bodies.

Lauren also has a special interest in pediatric physiotherapy, where she uses play-based techniques to create a fun, welcoming space for kids to grow and move with confidence.

Outside the clinic, Lauren is most at home in the outdoors. Whether hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, skiing, or horseback riding, and of course her dog is usually along for the adventure.

Annabelle’s journey into physiotherapy began in home care, working as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Inspired by the impact movement could have on people’s lives, she went on to complete a Bachelor’s in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies at the University of Calgary, followed by a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta.

Originally from a small French town east of Ottawa, Annabelle moved to Calgary over a decade ago and quickly fell in love with the mountains. That connection to the outdoors continues to shape her approach to health: active, adaptive, and rooted in prevention.

Annabelle takes a hands-on, evidence-informed approach that blends education, manual therapy, and functional exercise. She’s especially passionate about helping her clients feel seen and supported, and about building care plans that help people regain control of their health. Her growing areas of interest include pain neuroscience, and dry needling, all part of her ongoing commitment to learning and long-term healing.

Outside the clinic, Annabelle stays active with volleyball, yoga, spin classes, hiking, camping, and snowboarding, often with her two dogs in tow.

Whether treating shoulders, hips, backs, or running-related injuries, Kate integrates education, movement, hands-on therapy, and dry needling to create sustainable, effective plans.

Kate also has advanced training and a strong passion for pelvic floor physiotherapy, treating conditions like incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, and menopause-related changes. Her goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where people feel supported and equipped to reclaim their well-being, especially in areas that have too often been overlooked or minimized.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her hiking, running, climbing, skiing, or exploring new restaurants, always in pursuit of something fresh and energizing.

Bobbi’s journey into chiropractic care began with a leap of faith, leaving a career in business to pursue something more hands-on, more personal, and more aligned with her values. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University, she moved to Calgary and discovered a deep interest in human movement, health, and healing. Bobbi is passionate about making chiropractic care approachable and empowering, offering a supportive space where patients feel heard, respected, and involved in their own care.
