A place to support your child’s growth, inside and out.
Rooted in Restorative’s whole-person approach and developed in collaboration with our community partner ORENDA Society. This week-long camp is thoughtfully designed by physiotherapists, educators, and wellness professionals to help kids build strength, emotional awareness, and confidence through play.
With each movement, reflection, and creative activity, campers explore how daily habits shape both their bodies and minds. From agility drills to mindful journaling, they’re guided by mentors who meet them where they’re at—fostering curiosity, resilience, and connection. We believe that when children learn to move with purpose and pause with intention, they build the foundation for lifelong well-being.
CAMP MOVE YOUR MOOD 2027
The Power of Belief
Kids don't just learn what we teach them. They learn what they believe about themselves.
This summer, Camp Move Your Mood is built around one big idea: what I do matters. Inspired by positive psychology researcher Shawn Achor's The Power of Beliefs, each week explores a core belief that helps kids feel capable, connected, and confident. Then we put that belief into motion through games, challenges, creativity, and time outside.
Designed by physiotherapists, educators, and wellness professionals at Restorative Whole Health, with our community partner ORENDA Society, this is where the mind-body connection stops being an idea and becomes something kids can feel. Every jump, team challenge, and quiet moment of reflection is a chance to practice a belief until it becomes theirs.
THE BIG IDEA: MY MOVES MATTER
When kids believe their actions make a difference, they try more, bounce back faster, and show up for the people around them. Every week of camp comes back to this.
One Week or The Full Journey
Every week stands on its own. Join us for one and your child gets a complete experience. Join us for all four and they get the whole arc: knowing who they are, knowing they belong, knowing they have something to give, and seeing how their actions ripple into something bigger.
That last part is the one we care about most. The beliefs kids form now are the ones they carry into their families, their friendships, and the people they grow up to be.
