Now Hiring

Join us in Okotoks and become part of a place that’s changing what care can feel like, for both patients and practitioners.

  • Who we are

Restorative Whole Health is an interdisciplinary clinic in Okotoks offering physiotherapy, chiropractic, psychology, counselling, dietitian, and massage therapy services under one roof. We’re stewarding a new standard of care — one rooted in trust, respect, and compassion, where proactive whole-health replaces the reactive, episodic model that has defined healthcare for too long.

At RWH, massage therapy isn’t a side service. It’s a clinical discipline with equal standing on the care team. We’re looking for an RMT who already operates that way.

    Who we’re looking for

We’re hiring an experienced RMT who treats massage therapy as the clinical practice it is — not a room people lie down in for an hour. Someone who asks great questions, gets to the root of the problem, and walks into team conversations as a peer.

    You’ll thrive here if you:

    • Assess before you treat. You ask the questions that matter. You’re comfortable using special tests when they help, and you build a real picture of what’s going on before hands hit tissue.

    • Understand movement. You know how the body moves and where it’s not. You can recommend home programming when it’s appropriate, and you can tell when a patient needs more than what your hands alone can offer.

    • Refer with confidence. You see the team as an extension of your care plan. When a patient would benefit from physio, chiro, psychology, or dietitian input, you make the referral without hesitation — because their outcome matters more than holding the caseload.

    • Know your value. You don’t soften your clinical opinion in team meetings. You don’t preface your contributions with “I’m just the RMT.” You speak as a clinician, because you are one, and we treat you as one.

    • Carry a real caseload. You’re confident treating 4–5 patients a day, consistently, while delivering the depth of care every one of them deserves.

    • Want to be part of a team. You value friendships at work and you contribute to the culture, not just the calendar.

This role isn’t for you if…

    • You want to keep your head down, do your hour, and leave.

    • You see RMT work as separate from — or below — the rest of the care team.

    • You’re not interested in assessment, special testing, or movement-based recommendations.

    • The idea of speaking up in a multidisciplinary case discussion feels uncomfortable, and you want to keep it that way.

    • You’d rather treat 3 patients a day on autopilot than build a real practice.

We’d rather be honest about the fit than waste your time and ours.

    What you’ll do

    • Perform therapeutic massage to address pain, restore mobility, and support whole-body recovery.

    • Conduct meaningful intake and assessment — including special tests when appropriate — to inform your treatment approach.

    • Build individualized care plans and contribute clinical reasoning to multidisciplinary discussions as a full member of the team.

    • Recommend movement-based home care and self-management strategies that extend the work beyond the table.

    • Refer to other disciplines on the team when a patient’s care would benefit from a collaborative approach.

    • Maintain clear, accurate treatment records.

    • Contribute to RWH’s community-building and patient engagement initiatives.

What we’re looking for on paper

    • Diploma in Massage Therapy with a minimum of 2200 hours of training.

    • Registered and in good standing with a recognized Massage Therapy Association (MTAA, NHPC, or RMTA).

    • Liability and practice insurance.

    • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.

    • Strong assessment skills and working knowledge of special tests relevant to RMT scope.

    • Confidence with movement-based recommendations and home care programming.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — with patients and with teammates.

    • Commitment to ongoing professional development.

    What we offer

    • A real team. A multidisciplinary group that actually talks to each other — and treats RMTs as equal contributors, not auxiliary support.

    • Mentorship and growth. Senior clinicians who will help you sharpen your assessment, broaden your scope, and step further into clinical leadership.

    • A clear philosophy. We know what we stand for and what we don’t. That clarity makes the work easier.

    • Real benefits. Extended health care, on-site gym access, on-site parking, and team events that aren’t a chore to attend.

    • Flexible scheduling. Full-time or part-time, with morning and evening options.

    • Competitive compensation. Commensurate with experience.

    APPLY FOR NURSE PRACTIONER POSITION

  • Who we are

Restorative Whole Health is an interdisciplinary clinic in Okotoks offering physiotherapy, chiropractic, psychology, counselling, dietitian, and massage therapy services under one roof. We’re stewarding a new standard of care — one rooted in trust, respect, and compassion, where proactive whole-health replaces the reactive, episodic model that has defined healthcare for too long.

We don’t run a revolving door. We build relationships.

    Who we’re looking for

We’re hiring an experienced physiotherapist (2+ years in practice) who’s done with the high-volume, patient-average-of-3 model and is ready for something different. Someone who believes the real work of physiotherapy happens in the 5th, 8th, and 12th visit — not the first. Someone who gets as excited about a current patient returning for a proactive check-in as they do about a new booking.

    You’ll thrive here if you:

    • Lead with connection. You have excellent communication skills and genuinely know how to build rapport. Patients leave your room feeling heard, not processed.

    • Believe in proactive, preventative care. You treat episodes of pain, but you also build care plans that keep people well. You see physiotherapy as something people should engage with before they’re broken — not only after.

    • Want to help change the model. You’re not here to run through a list of bookings. You’re here to contribute to a practice that is actively shifting healthcare away from the reactive, episodic default and toward whole-health care that produces real, lasting outcomes.

    • Value friendships at work. You want coworkers who become colleagues who become friends. You believe culture isn’t a perk — it’s the point.

    • Take ownership. You care about the success of the practice, not just your own caseload. You bring ideas, show up for team meetings with something to contribute, and invest in the people around you.

This role isn’t for you if…

    • You’re looking for a room to rent and a revolving door of new patients.

    • Your goal is to discharge in 3–4 visits and move on.

    • You’d rather keep your head down than build something with a team.

    • You think “proactive care” is a marketing phrase, not a clinical philosophy.

We’d rather be honest about the fit than waste your time and ours.

    What you’ll do

    • Provide comprehensive, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment.

    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to build individualized care plans that treat the whole person.

    • Build and sustain strong patient relationships through trust, education, and clear communication.

    • Participate in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and community initiatives.

    • Contribute to a clinic culture that values learning, honesty, and shared success.

    • Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills.

    • Experienced in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and dry needling.

    • Self-motivated, dependable, and genuinely team-oriented.

    • A real commitment to evidence-based, collaborative, proactive care.

    What we offer

    • A real team. Senior clinicians with decades of combined experience, an interdisciplinary group that actually talks to each other, and colleagues you’ll want to grab coffee with.

    • Mentorship and growth. Space to develop clinically and professionally, with the support to do it well.

    • A clear philosophy. We know what we stand for and what we don’t. That clarity makes the work easier.

    • A community-rooted practice. We’re invested in Okotoks and South Calgary, and our patients feel it.

    • Competitive compensation. Commensurate with experience.
