Whole Health Talks | Persistent Pain

$10.00

Introducing Whole Health Talks: where Restorative’s experts come together to explore key topics in care, through real conversation and cross-discipline insight. Each session is moderated by Gina Perrault and built to help you navigate your health with more clarity and confidence.

First up: Persistent Pain - Understand the science of pain and learn evidence-based strategies from physio and psychology, helping you stay active, purposeful, and present in the life you’re creating.

Thursday, October 16th, 2025
7:15pm - 8:15pm

Location: Restorative Whole Health
Hosted by: Connor Young + Kelly Mackay

We’ll look at how pain works in the body, why it sometimes lingers even after tissues have healed, and practical physio tools like gentle activity, movement practice, and building confidence to help you get back to what you love. We will then bridge the physiological and psychological impact of pain management via the brain-body connection, while introducing practical psychotherapeutic tools to help individuals regulate, reframe, and reconnect with their identity beyond pain.

Limited seats available

All proceeds will be donated to The ORENDA Society
